読書の秋だからではないが、いまこの本を読んでいる。
宮部みゆき。。。読みながら新刊『名もなき毒』も気になっている。

『名もなき毒』
どこにいても汚いものや恐いものには遭遇する。
それが生々しく生きるということ。
名もない『毒』はあらゆる所に潜む。
さて、解毒剤はこの時世にあるのだろうか。。。

女性作家だからというわけではないのだろうが、
作品の持つ温度がなぜか同化し、すらすらと読み込んでいける。
頭の中にストーリーがビジュアル化される。
主人公の亘（小学５年生）が目から入る活字と同時進行で誘導してくれる。
思いがけない家庭不和、幽霊ビルと姿無き声の主の関係は・・・。

秋は自分を深める時間をたくさん持てそうだ。

See,a cicada has been buzzing loudly on a screen window.
Just one day passed,
but it seem crisp air of autumn has covered all over.

Yes,it's the start of autumn
that comes so suddenly as someone flips a page,
Even cicadas are busy
as they've known this is the last time to sing.

It's good for baking bread though the humid is getting little low.
Those cute boys( !) will be mutated some dog-rolls.
Each one wights 90g that is slightly bigger than usual.
Coat with milk before the oven,then that glazes the surface faintly.

Here,here, dog-rolls were baked.
shred cabbage and sandwich in a hot dog sausage, and ...
Oops,shouln't be without whole-grain mustard and ketchup.

あのさぁ、さっきからツクツクボウシが
網戸に留まってうるさいんだけど・・・。
たった１日過ぎただけなのに、今日は完璧秋景色。
９月秋の到来・・・ページを一枚めくってしまった。
セミも今が最後と忙しそうだ。

少し湿度が落ちてきたけれど、
パン作りにはちょうどよくなった。
このかわいい坊や達はドッグロールに変身します。
いつもより少し大振りの９０ｇ生地。

軽く牛乳を塗って焼くとほんのり照りが残り、ほら、細長いパンが出来上がった。
キャベツを刻んでロングウインナーをはさんで・・・
粒マスタードとケチャップは忘れないで。

I've enjoyed Soybeans in pods in whole summer.
Time has sliped by, and it is the end of Aug.
I've had a lot of green beans,
but I will stop to have starting tomorrow.

September will be here...

夏の間中、枝豆を堪能した。
いつの間にか時は過ぎ、ついに８月の最終日。
散々食べてきたけど、明日からは止めよう。

９月・・・・・黒いバラを抱えた
カシニョールのリトグラフが目に入った。

バラに刺があるからといって、不平を言うか
それとも　刺があるからこそバラなのだと喜ぶか、自分次第。。。

少しメイクを変えて、おしゃれでもしようか。。。

映画『UDON』が私の中ではちょっと気になっている。
が、まだ見ていない。　
邦画はどうも映画館で見る気がしないからだ。
『UDON』といえば、長崎出身の友人がこんなうどんを送ってくれた。
『ふしめん』は讃岐うどん並みにシコシコ、１０cmにも満たない長さ、
片方だけがふしのように太く、鍋によし、三杯酢でもよし。

雨が降るとか天気予報では伝えていたけど、
蒸し蒸し暑いだけで曇ったまま、暮れていきそう。
今日は引っ越し記念日。
季節の移ろいへの特別な思いは、当時に重なっているのかも知れない。
山積みの荷物を片付けきれなくて、外へ食事に出掛けたあの日の真っ赤な夕暮れ。。。
あれから私は何をしてきたのだろう。
あれから何をしてこなかったんだろう。
すれ違った人は今はどうしているだろうか。
切り取った風景の中にいた人は消え、
明日からの一歩がまた新たな道となり、私は淡々と歩いて行く。

そうだ、今夜は『UDON』にしよう。

Sometimes when I need to be relax myself,I use this incense burner.
I got this at the Hakata Station maybe that I have remenbered.
I stare abstractedly at a thread of smoke from an iccense burner.
Just stare at a thread of smoke.
No more and no less.

This time of the year, I have been going blank.
I give myself over to post-summer letdown.
Yeah, it must be that I feel down a little bit.
It's a world no one knew about what I think.
I should break the traumatic cycle but I have been spending in my true colors.

I held my summer memories
frozen in time until next summer.
Then I got a seasonal makeover
though it's still just a little early.

Wow,we're having only last 4 days remained in Aug.

Taking ground cherries in a paper bascket.
Here,here,It seems that Autumn has come around the corner.

Gathered yellow color flowers and feast my eyes on them.
Uuuum, they make me feel good.

My friend asked me to go out for a lunch
at her favorite restaurant today.
She is maybe coming on her way to my home to pick me up.
What talk shoul I prepare for her to spend a pleasant day?

夏の思い出を来年まで閉じこめた。。。
少し早いけれど、模様替え。
そう、８月はあと４日だけ・・・

柿渋のざるにほおずきを入れた。
それだけで秋がすぐそこに来ているようだ。

黄色の花を摘んで、眺めて楽しむ。
ふぅ～♪、いい気持ち♪
友達がランチをお気に入りのレストランでどう？って。。。
たぶん今頃は私を迎えにこっちへ来ている頃。
楽しい今日にどんなお話を用意しよう。。。

There is nothing better than getting
something cold on a hot day.
And so, I made old-familier taste of popsicle
that fills me with nostalgia.

It is easy to make.
Prepare only three ingredients in advance which are
a half cup of condennsed milk with sugar type,
1 cup of fresh milk, and a little touch of vanilla essence.
If you needed, add more milk.

Put all ingredients into a midium size bowl and mix round
for a couple minutes till they will blend in smoothly.
Then run all into a freezer bag.
Keep it in the freezer until it will become a little bit hard.
When it'll become hard, knead the freezer bag to mix it soften.
In an alternating succession of this move for a coulple times,
the popsicle becomes smoothen and taste nice.

And voila, a yammy-looking frozen dessert is up at last.

暑い日にはなにか冷たい物を口にするのは最高だ。
ということで、昔ながらの『アイスクリン』を作った。

作るのは至極簡単。
コンデンスミルク　1/2C、 牛乳　１C、　バニラエッセンス　少々
これだけを前もって用意する。
もし味を見て甘すぎるようだったら牛乳を少し増やす。

中くらいのボウルに全ての材料を入れて２～３分滑らかになるまで混ぜる。
次に冷凍保存バッグに入れて、軽く固まりはじめるまで冷凍庫へ入れておく。
固まりはじめたら取り出し、袋の上からもんで混ぜる。　
この作業を２～３回繰り返すと、アイスクリンの口当たりが滑らかで美味しくなる。

ほら、ほら、ついに美味しそうな冷たいデザートの出来上がり。

Actually he has been holding a photo exhibition
at Shibuya Parco until 30th this month.
The theme is 'True Colors'
which is represented by the nature.

He devided the exhibition into seven sections
like a rainbow ; vibgyor〔violet, indigo, blue, green, yellow,
orange, red〕, as he had taken a raibow shot at night in Hawaii which was very rare.

If some went to there, why not find the photo which is about a red-colored bird?
You can't miss it.
The bird's body is as red as beet
and it's eyes are seemed like a Kabuki player put on black eyeliner.
I'm sure you may be surprised the colors.

ちょうど今月の３０日まで渋谷パルコのロゴスギャラリーで写真展を開いています。
テーマは『True　Colors』、自然の作り出す信じられない色の世界を描いています。

虹のように７つの色のセクションに分けられています。
彼は以前ハワイでかなり珍しい夜の虹の写真を撮ったことがあるからです。

もしそこへ行く人がいたら、赤い鳥の写真をぜひぜひ見つけてください。
体が真っ赤で、目のところだけ歌舞伎役者のように黒い縁取りの鳥です。
行けばきっと自然の作り出す『色』に驚きますよ。

When you make sweets,I hardly recommend to add
these items depned on what you make.
Even a very cheap canned fruit you use,
it will become a fabulous dessert with them.
For instance,I took 'COUITREAU'(French)
at the time I made the fruit jelly.

They are really must-have items for sweets.
Yes,they are 'Liqueurs'

１００均ショップで売っているような安い果物の缶詰でも、
これを使うと高価なデザートになってしまいます。
例えば、フルーツジェリーを作った時、コアントローを加えました。
『リキュール』、お菓子作りに欠かせないアイテムです。

普段よく使うリキュール類をご紹介。
酒飲みではありませんが・・・。
リキュールはアルコール度の高いお酒ばかり。
カクテルに向いていますが、お菓子作りにも欠かせません。
他にもいろいろ・・・パン作りにも使います。

"UNITED93" is the movie that discribed one of the four hijacked jetliners on SEPTEMBER 11th in 2001. Two of them attacked on the TWIN TOWERS and one crashed into the PENTAGON. This UNITED93 was the only one that couldn't reach the target and it crashed in Pennsylvania. The movie was based on the reserch for the deceased family members and it's authority concerned. Although it is a nonfiction suspense film,but it was done in a documentary-like fashion.


Since then five years have passed. Still the war has been continued in Afghan. I hate the major threat coming from terrorists. But on the other hand I think war is the ultimate form of terrorism.

今日は私がお菓子作りにいつも使っているリキュールを書こうと思っていました。
でもこの映画を見たら、その気が失せてしまいました。

Writing a letter is one of my favorites.
I took this writing paper and an envelop printed on
maidenhair trees yesterday at the stationer's shop.
It is still hot and sticky as today is 'Shosho'
means the weather is getting loss hot.
I wonder what I send under the same cover.
Well, I send this letter to whom I met recently
enclosing the crisp air of autumn
though it's a little ahead of the season.
Oh, I must get the letter off right away to my friend who sent me grapes.
And one more to a firend who lives in Kanazawa.

I will have been writing some letters as substitute for a keyboard.
I will seal a flap and see a picture in my head of when they'll get and open the letters.

手紙を書くことは趣味の一つ、大好きなこと。
昨日文房具屋さんで、イチョウの木が印刷されているこの便箋と封筒を手にした。
今日は「処暑」、暑さが和らいでいくはずなのに・・・。

この便箋と封筒に何を忍ばせて送ろうか・・・。
一足早い秋の風を閉じこめて、ついこの間出会った人に写真を入れて送ろう。
ぶどうを送ってくれた友達にも一通。
金沢の友達にも一通。
キーボードに換えて、今日は静かにペンを走らせよう。
この手紙を受け取って開けている様子を思い浮かべて、封をする。

I baked those orange-peel cookies.
Let me tell you the recipe.

<< ingredients for 4 people >>
*plain flour 130g
*double-acting baking powder 1/3 tsp
*egg 1
*butter(salted or unsalted) 90g
*granuated sugar 60g
*orange peel 60-80g
*rum 1tbsp
*sliced coconut proper quantity (or pistachio 5-6 grains)

<< order of work >>
1.Sift the flour and baking powder using the sieve or alternatively a flour shifter.
2.Using the chef's knife, coarsely chop the orange peels and dredge with rum.
3.Preheat the oven 160-170C.
4.Cream butter in a medium bowl, then add sugar.
5.Beat vigorously until well- blended.
6.Add an egg 2-3 times and mix round.
7.Put into the chopped orange-peel with rum and stir once or twice.
8.Add the flour and stir roughly with a rubber spatula.
9.Put a heaping spoonful of the cookie dough on the baking paper and repeat.
10.On each top of the cookies, put the sliced coconut as you like.
11.Bake the cookies around 15 minutes.
12.Let the cookies cool to lukemore,then lift them off the baking sheet.

《オレンジピールクッキー》
【材　料】　薄力粉　１３０ｇ　ベーキングパウダー　小さじ１　全卵　１個　バター（有塩でも無塩でも可）　グラニュー糖　６０ｇ　オレンジピール　６０～８０ｇ　ラム酒　大さじ１　ココナッツスライス　適量（あるいはピスタチオ５～６粒）

【作り方】
1.薄力粉とベーキングパウダーはいっしょにしてふるっておく。
２．オレンジピールは粗みじん切りにし、ラム酒に浸す。
３．オーブンを１６０～１７０℃に余熱。
４．室温に戻したバターを中くらいのボウルに入れクリーム状に練り、グラニュー糖を加える。
５．全卵を２～３回に分けて加えながら混ぜる。
６．ラム酒に浸しておいたオレンジピールを加えてゴムベラでサッと混ぜる。
７．ふるった粉類を加え、さっくり切るように混ぜ合わせる。
８．オーブンシートの上にティースプーン山盛り１杯くらいの生地をすくい、並べる。
９．ココナッツスライスをトッピングする。
10．約１５分焼成。（きつね色になったら終了です）
11．焼き上がったら少し冷まし、オーブンシートから外す。


夏の盛りを過ぎ、クッキーを焼きたい気分！
とても簡単ですから、いっしょに作ってみませんか？
オレンジピールがなかったらチップチョコでも缶詰のパイナップルでもOK。
ラム酒だってなくても大丈夫！
香り付けをしていないからホームメードの優しい味のクッキーに仕上がりました。
チョコを溶かして半分浸してもいいくらいのすっきりした甘さのクッキーです。

I got those grapes from a friend
who lives in Kasaoka city in Okayama Pref.
I haven't seen her since this March.
I had seeing her at least every once a month
in Esaka in Osaka.
I wonder what are friends for?
One of the main elements of my life
is socializing with friends.

Like draws to like. : Like attracts like.
Standing on that point of view,
perhaps I am similar to her on some points.
Assuming that I have friends on this weblog site,
who are connected me, have something in common.

Those are juicy grapes bagged ot sun that filled to bursting.
It's boon is irrigated my throat.

３月からずっと会っていない。
それまでは最低でも江坂で月に一度は会っていた。
友達ってって何だろう。
友人との付き合いは,私にとって生活の中心の一つだ。

類は友を呼ぶ。
その観点からすると、私はたぶん彼女に似ているのだろう。
とすると、ブログで繋がる友人達とも、どこかに共通点があるのだろう。

夏の太陽を浴びたぶどうは、はち切れんばかりのジュースを蓄えている。
ありがたい恵みが喉をうるおす。

How many English muffins did I made today?
Uuuum, a lot. ;-))
There are roughly two different types of muffin in the world.
One is an English style which is plain
and the other is an American style
which tends to be very rich.
What I made today is an English style which is my favorite.

When you bake muffins, you badly need muffin tins.
Those are all muffin tins.
I use them not only baking muffins
but also buns filled with bean paste,
and sometimes for an egg sunny side up.

And also baked four loaves of whol-grain bread today.
As they baked by steam, a kitchen became so hot
that I couldn't bake them without an air conditioner.
There are many ways to make those plain bread.
What I took today is 'the Polish way'
which I have set dough yesterday.
A whole-grain bread is good for the health
as it has a high-fiber and a high mineral content.

今日いくつマフィンを作ったかしら・・・。
た・く・さ・ん　！　
大体世界には２種類のマフィンがあります。
あっさり味のイングリッシュタイプとかなり味の濃いお菓子のようなアメリカンタイプです。
今日私が焼いたのはあっさり味のイギリスタイプです。

マフィンを作る時はやはりマフィン型が必要です。
これらは全部マフィン型です。
マフィン以外にあんパンを焼く時にも、時には半熟卵を焼く時にも使います。

それからグラハムブレッドを４本焼きました。　（汗々）
蒸気を使って焼くので台所は想像以上に暑くなります。
エアコンをつけないわけにはいきません。
あっさり系のパンを焼くのにはいろいろな方法があります。
今回は前日から生地を仕込む『ポーリッシュ法』を用いました。
グラハムブレッド（全粒粉パン）は食物繊維やミネラルの含有が多く健康志向のパンです。
これで１週間保つかしら。。。

読みました。　
読み終わったのは昨日の午後。
少し時間が経っているから冷静にこの本のことを考えられます。
『ビスコ』の姿がティモシーに重なりました。
ビスコは誰も批判せず、何も言わずにこの世を去ったけれど、
彼が残してくれたものは守られるべき命の大切さでした。

本当にこの本を読んでよかったと思いました。
『人生とはこう生きるべきだ』などとはひと言も書いてありません。
実話でもないのに、どうしてこうも引き込まれてしまったのでしょう。
時々上を向かなければ読み進めませんでした。
文字が何度もにじんで困りました。

与えられた命に感謝し
それがどんなものであっても、精一杯生きようと思いました。
自分のまわりの天使の存在にいつ気が付くのでしょうか。
私には私にしか歩けない人生の道があり、
それを自分なりに進んで行くことの大切さを教えられました。

昨日午後から出掛ける用事があって、
本屋さんでこれを発見した時は、宝物を見つけたくらい嬉しかった！

昨日は読めませんでした。
私は早寝早起き、夜の９時頃にはグーグー。
その生活パターンを崩すと、てきめん体の調子が悪くなってしまいます。
だからまだ読んでいません。

きちんと読みたいのです。
始めから終わりまで一気に読みたいのです。
だから今日読みます。　（ワクワク・ドキドキ）

ドブログでチェシャねこさんに会えなかったら、こんなすてきな本に出会えなかった・・・。
偶然の出会いはどうやら必然的だったようで、思わぬ共通点の発見に嬉しい驚き☆

更に驚いたことに、どうやらチェシャねこさんと私は同じ血液型(Ao）らしい。
私は結構くよくよ考える方だけど、
もうこれ以上はダメと判断すると、いきなりパァ～ッと適当になります。
どちらかというと体育会系、大雑把です。（Ao型の特徴かしら？）

弱小クラブでテニスやバスケをしていました。
試合の負けを明日に持ち越さないタイプなのは、この頃培われたのでしょう。

鈍感だと言われることもあるのですが、
呑気・根気・元気で今日までコツコツ生きてきました。
チェシャねこさん、これからもいろんな本を教えて下さい。
嬉しい出会いを楽しみにしています。（チュ！）

I got those 'red diamonds' from my neighbor
who lives two doors down.
She has always brought me those tomatos
putted into a plastic bag which were taken a lot of care, as
she has known that how much I have been loving tomatos.

Because of their hard skin,
they can keep sweet fully-ripened tomato juice.
Therefore as soon as I bite one of them, it spreads to my mouth.

Oh yes, I feel that I have the smiles of summer all to myself.
As if it was protective vitamin after I had the light meal in the evening.
I could woke up well from the lassitude of yesterday as if everything was new.
I wonder 'red diamonds', which contain a lot of lycopene, worked on me in my sleep.

真っ赤なダイアモンド、一軒先の近所のお家から届いた。
私が大のトマト好きだと知っている彼女は
いつも丹誠込めたトマトを袋一杯届けてくれる。

ちょっと固い皮が甘さを閉じこめ、噛めばジュースが口に広がる。
あぁー、夏の恵みを独り占めしている気分。
簡単に済ませた夕食の後だったので、
ビタミン補充をいっぱいした。
　
昨日のだるさが一変して、今日は元気に起きられた。
リコピンが寝ている間に働いてくれたのだろうか。
