Isn't it a wind trick? The wind has been so strong from this morning that brought this at the gate. "Excuse me but..." said the same delivery man haltingly. He added, "Was your laundry blown away by wind?" I turned aroud to get a second look at him. Huh? Then I said, "I'm afraid but it's not mine. Blah-blah." "I found this just at your home gate which might be brought by wind." Surely that is not mine. Yes, truly it's not my ......

Anyway I got a percel from him with distressed face and said good-by. Today is a big windy day. I heard the wind blowing so strongly that it subbed through the trees and the electric wire and rasped. It might be came from one of my immediate neigbors, I wonder. I should keep it till the evening and after that I will do away with it. But I suppose no one will come and get it.

The fragrant yellow olive's flowers were also blew away completely from the tree which used to be juzzed up with bright yellowish. Looked down on the ground, there're also flowers as if it looked an arange carpet. The cold wind seems to inform that it's the end of autumn. At a glance the sunny afternoon seems very tender with the bright sunshine. But once I open the door, the chill rolles into inside at a dash. I had a winter smell.

風のいたずら。。。

あのぅ･･･いつもの宅配便屋さんが何か口ごもっています。　洗濯物飛んでいませんかぁ？　えっ！　それ私のじゃないですが･･･ﾓｺﾞﾓｺﾞ　門扉の外に落ちていました。　もちろん私のじゃないのですが・・・。　

とりあえず宅配便やさんには困り顔で荷物を受け取り、お帰り願いました。　今日は朝から寒くて強い風が吹いています。　時には木や電線をゴーゴー鳴らして吹いています。　きっとご近所から舞い降りてきたんだわ。　夕方まで保管して処分しましょう。　でも誰も取りには来ないと思うけど・・・。

山吹色に染まるほどだった金木犀の花も見事に散らされて、地面はオレンジ色の絨毯を敷いたようです。　風の冷たさが秋の終わりを告げているようです。　家の中には暖かい日が差し込み、一見おだやかですがほんの少し扉を開けると、サ、サァ～ッと冷気が一気になだれ込みます。　冬の匂いがしたようでした。

after the heavy rain, I came out from the dentist. Since the dental techinician removed plaque of mine, suddenly I could become like a beauty with shining white tooth. Lucky me! I was deeply impressed that at least every once in a month I should go to the dentist.

"I have to say thank you from my heart, Doc." that I expressed my thanks. Then he put on a grim with the suntunned face because of a game of golf. Turn the potential disaster to my advantage that means to meet a good skilled dentist.

When I looked down my throat, there's the puddle on the manhole cover. Some fallen leaves sticked tight on the road. Mean while the leaves will scurry when they will be enough dry. Before long winter comes, but I have still put on my blouse.

Cooking? Not that great though, but I put raw crab legs into the preheated oven and baked under 250C for 5 to 10 minutes. I think the heat condense it's sweetness. All I can tell you is that was delicious. Now the winter season has already begun.

料理というほどのシロモノではないが、生ガニの足を２５０℃に予熱したオーブンで５～１０分焼いた。　オーブンの熱で一層甘味が増すように思う。　とにかくおいしかった。　カニが楽しめるシーズンになったのだ。

The main ingredient is this easy mashed potato. What I made is surely bread. I used 2 kg of flour to bake two different types of bread. If you have some flour, let's bake some bread. There's no need to explain how nummy the bread is hot from the oven. Should try to serve and eat bread hot from the oven.

You know the dough is fermenting in a such small size. Let's compared with the paper case. : baking molds.

But to keep them in a sweat room for 30-40 minutes, it will become bigger and bigger. After applying egg white onto each surface, then bake them for around 15 minutes.

Finally, they are fresh from the oven. Let cool in RT for a while then to put them in a paper bag as a present.

パン生地が発酵している時はこんなに小さい。　紙の焼き型（ベーキング・モールド）と比べてみましょう。

３０～４０分発酵させると次第に膨らんでくる。　卵白を表面に塗って約１５分焼成。

そして完成。　室温にしばらく置いて冷まし、紙の袋へ入れてプレゼント。

"Let's eat out." So that's it, I agreed. After going and seeing the dentist, I dropped at Sogo Department to buy a present for a birth to my friend today. I have guessed ahead that it's supposed to be at lunchtime, so from the first I intended to eat out today.

The restaurant is located at an underground mall 'Shareo.' It's at the heart of my city. There're lots of restaurants such as Chinese, Buckwheat noodle shop, Okonomi-yaki, Patisserie Cafe and Italian, so on. Even though I still felt the dental pain, I would like to have what I wanted. I was in the mood for Italian actually, then dropped at this restaurant 'Auntiepasta'

「外食に行こうか」　そんなわけで出掛けた。　歯医者の後、友人へ出産祝いを買いにそごうへ行った。　出掛ける前からたぶんその頃お昼時だろうなと思っていた。　だから初めから外食のつもりだった。

レストランは市内中心部の地下街、おしゃれな『シャレオ』にある。　中華、そば、お好み焼き、お菓子屋さん、カフェ、それからイタリアンなどなど。　まだ治療後の歯が痛かったけれど、この際食べたいものを食べることにした。　迷ったけれど今日はイタリアンの気分だったので、『アンティパスタ』に寄った。

どう？　いかが？　おいしそうでしょ？

マルゲリータはお腹いっぱいになったので持ち帰り。　今夜オーブンで温め直して･･･おいしいサラダを用意しなくっちゃ

Because of the radiation coooooling, this morning was overcoat weather. I have been still swelling up but I would rather go for a drive rather than stayed at home. Beside I got an invitation card to the Classical Japanese dance performance in Kure city.

On my way home from Kure, I enjoyed the picturesque sea view through the window of a car. See. It was as glittering as a mirror, thus I blinked in the dazzling reflected sunshine.

It was hardly to take a picture while driving. I tried sometimes but only two pics I could take. I saw some sailing yachts, and against the blue sky I also saw three contrails. And maybe the cost line was a fisherman's paradise, so so many anglers were costing their lines. Imagine what I saw under the blue sky today, would you please.

A matsutake mushroom is a seasonal delicacy which I received today. The persimmons I also received had turned orange as they grew ripe. Unfortunately I can't eat such firm one right now. What a pity ! I really like to eat such persimmons, apples or pears in and all.

放射冷却のせいで今朝はとても寒かった。　まだ腫れているが、家にじっとしているよりはドライブに出掛けた。 まぁつまりは日本舞踊の招待券をもらっていたから、出掛けたのだが。 その帰り道、車窓から絵のように美しい海の景色が飛び込んだ。 鏡のようにキラキラ輝く海、まぶしくて目を開けられなかった。

ドライブ中に写真を撮るのは難しい。　何度も試してみたが結局たったの２枚だけ。 海を漂うヨット、青い空を横切る３本の飛行機雲。 そしてたくさんの釣り人が糸を垂れていた。　たぶんこの海岸沿いは釣り人の天国なのだろう。

秋の珍味、松茸をもらった。　柿もいただいた。　熟れてオレンジ色になっていた。 ただ残念なことに、今は食べられない。　本当に残念だ。 柿やりんご、梨のような果物は皮付きのまま食べるのが大、大、大好きなのだ。

I had a bad night because of suffering from toothache last night. Then when the morning came, I got with a swollen face, especially around left of the jaw. I woke a lot during the night to have pain pills and to keep the aggected part cool, but couldn't ease pain at all. I made a phone call to my usual dentist office, but the receiving clerk said that I could not cousult a dentist right now. Holy sit ! The pain was almost killing me at that time. Therefore I would make an another phone call rather than that dentist. He said, "You should come any way." Bethankit ! It is said that in my hour of need I found a true friend. Definitely it is ! Then I went to that dentist office straight off. He was a little bit unfriendly but on the contraly he was an efficient dentist whom I've ever met. After that I took very light meat at lunch and had a nap because I had a lack of sleep last night. Then gradually I feel better slightly. Thus I am sitting infront of my PC.

One of my frineds had put salt on backorder and brought me a part of it. It is made at Pilan salt farm where is faced to Adriatic Sea. There is the beautiful sea, there also be tasty salt. Having tasty salt was also sweet to me but what made me more pleased was her heart. I would prefer to have something easy to eat for dinner as well as I had for lunch. Like rice porridge or something I don't need to chew well. How about using this salt to that porridge to make plain, uh?

今朝は、というより昨夜来歯痛に悩まされてほとんど眠れなかった。　朝には顔の半分、特に左あごの辺りが大きく腫れていた。　夜中に何度も痛み止めを飲んだし冷やしもしたが一向に痛みは引かなかった。　朝になって行きつけの歯医者に電話を入れるとすぐには見てもらえないと云う。　今痛いのに・・・そこで別の歯科医院に電話をした。　とりあえずすぐ来るようにとありがたい言葉。　地獄に仏、そんな思いで早速出掛けてみてもらったら、愛想は悪いがこれが凄腕歯医者だった。　簡単な昼食を摂り薬を飲んで、寝不足解消の昼寝をしたら随分気分がよくなった。　やっとパソコンに向かう元気が湧いてきた。。。

友人が塩の取り寄せをして、分けてくれた。アドリア海に面したピラン塩田で作られた塩だ。　そこにきれいな海がある限りおいしい塩ができる。　おいしい塩に出会えたのも嬉しいが、友人の気持ちが何より嬉しかった。　昼もそうだったが今夜もささっと噛まずに喉を通過する雑炊だな。　あっさり塩味を効かせて。。。

The book "The Hoof of Africe" is about the humanism in a word if you asked. The more the integration has advanced, the more the reality is concealed. I know there are a lot of books, movies which brought out the truth of Africa.

You know Africa used to be a fertail farmland and also has lots of natural resauses such as diamonds, gold and oil, etc... But once the advanced countries had known about the cealed treasure, they invaded into the African continent deeply. And some parts are still controlled by the whites.

I could only know about Africa from the books or the movies, but everytime I had no words to know the unspeakable terrorist attack which is not exactly attack you've known, which is for instace, testing the safety of a new medication onto the Africana, replanting the human organs, or questing for buried treasures, reservoir of oil.

So many people were killed when they emerged from colonial rule, but developed countries still justify colonial rule somehow. The significant division existing between industrial nations and developing states can not fill in as long as to speak out against disceimination.

I read this news paper article yesterday. From the Neatherlands the waste fluid was discarded in Abidian in Republic of Cote d'ivoire. The fluid contained high concentrations of hydrogen sulfide. As a result fifteen people were died and more than a hundred thousand were given medical treatment. After a year has passed, still the citizens are suffering from a headache.

How many times we have contaminated not only Africa itself but the indegenous African, I wonder.

I bought some turkish bellflowers today. It's vivid bluish-purple is engraved in my mind's eye.

Take it on the footwear cupboard. I have usually bought some flowers every week. It makes me relent slightly. The lively color has its own beauty that an artificial one doesn't have.

I wonder why there are lots of purple-like flowers in autumn. I also saw once the lively purple colored beauty.

I have been boiling thoroughly the first of the new 'Oden', Japanese hotchpotch boiled in kelp-based broth seasoned with soy sauce and others, from noon. Oh? What? Well, let me show you Oden under the cabbage tough leaves as a drop lid with which cover it. I have cooked it slowly over the most gentle heat. It's time to season enough, maybe take on soak into the heart of each ingredients.

Have a taste of one of potato, it's been already taste and almost turn into an unappetizing mush. The devil's tongue, which is konyak, is also ready to eat as I cutted it's surface before boiling. Good, good. I'd prefer to stop boiling now and allow the flavor to blend.

Tonight, I will have Oden first time at the beginning of this season. How about trying to melt up some mustard? Let's preapare rice for cooking with tea and ahve some great fall food.

Well, I'd like to make an autumnal sweet like such beked goods. They are warm and fuzzy chestnut colored ones. They are full round cookies that can eat a whole in one mouthful. No eggs at all but instead of them, I used lots ground soybean to make it mild. Round'n round.

I have this unique small indibidual plate with someone's fate. I'd prefer to use this plate. ---After all, the sense of charity is warm, isn't it? --- Well,well. Just because I find myself warming while having it.

I took long breaths in the sunshine as if I had gotten the energy of the sun. I feel the warmth of the sun good in my back. Ii has taken me a little time to prepare for the coming winter. I have a long-sleeved cardigan on my sholders, then try to take a picture of warmth of the sunshine in it. I can't be back to summer any more, thus it's time for me to go on the road toward summer.

I would prefer to take out a trunk and start to put every single thing I can think of in it. In contrast with that, I have been hanging around.

I just don't eat enough 'Hurikake', various fish and vegetable flakes sprinkle of cooked rice. I've seen several times on this doblog site recently with in which a cute case. Isn't Noritama representative of Hurikake? I have no idea.

"Noritama" is one of products of Marumiya food engineering Lmt. It is characterized by its granulated powder with slightly sweeten egg taste, and freshscent dried laver seaweed which was minced. The other ingredients are dried bonito and sesami or so on.

Since the introduction of Noritama into the market in 1960, it has had great acceptance amoung us. Because in 1963,Noritama had thrown in a sticker of Eightman, who was a character of a cartoon show, for free and then it became a big hit. Afterwards, it has come to be recognized as a signature hurikake. The hurikake has coped quickly with the change of the times, thus it has tried to cut back on salt. --- those are all from Wikipedia

あまり普段ふりかけを使わない。　『のりたま』、最近あちこちのブログでかわいい容器に入ったこのふりかけを見かける。　ふりかけの代表選手は『のりたま』なのか？　

『のりたま』とは、丸美屋食品工業の販売するふりかけ。ほんのりとした甘みのある玉子味の顆粒と香り高いきざみ海苔の味の組合せが特徴。成分は他に鰹節、胡麻等から成る。

The clouds which were as dull as lead were hanging low in the sky, I woke up in the such morning. There wasn't any summer atomosphere like the intense heat of summer, only the summer-like clothes shows. It might be those leaden clouds spread in the late afternoon.
