ラングドシャ、みっちいさんのブログで拝見しました。
あのやさしい味を思い出したので、作りました。
冷蔵庫のドレンチェリーが目に止まりました。
フィンガータイプを丸く絞り出し、
赤やグリーンをちょこんと飾り付け。

カリッとしてて、サクサクッ！　おいしいです。
バニラの香りを付け加えました。
粉砂糖は６０ｇにしました。
もう少し甘さを控えてもいいかも・・・。
私は５０～６０枚くらいになりました。
みっちいさん、ちっちゃな王子さまも食べるのかな？

The phone rang and I received this card from the companion who was on the phone today. About two months have passed since she broke a bone, I guess she saw sunny days ahead in a sort. She couldn't take off the sling from her arm. Just exactly on the day when I returned here she took away her arm in a sling. Thus I don't know how she has been surviving. She has underwent rehab since then, and gradually she can do things around the house bit by bit. I wonder the reason why she sent this card with a cake is she wants to add momentum to take a turn for the better. Of course we are delighted together.

I didn't do anything like paying her a visit. All what I did for her are passing part of a meal which I prepared. I did that over again. : cooking in excessive quantities and passing her part of a meal.

No wonder, two months is equal to sixty days. The first month, she couldn't move any inches. The second month, she has been doing rehabilitation execise cautiously.

I wonder there're some days when she had her own limits to keep patience. Though I have been anxious about her very much, but I have cut the conversation short for her. Well, how about having a cup of coffee together and talking about the day as a funny story.

元気になりました。。。

電話が鳴って今日その話し相手からこんなカードが届いた。 あの骨折から約２ヵ月、どうにか見通しが付いたのだろう。 ひと月は三角巾が外せなかった。 ちょうど外せたその日に帰国したので、私はその姿を知らない。 それからはリハビリの毎日、少しずつ家事もできるようになったらしい。 こうすることで、全快とまではいかなくても、快方に向けて弾みがつくのだろう。 よかったと共に喜ぶ。

特別に見舞いをしたわけじゃない。 ちょっと食事を割り増して作り、トレーに入れてお裾分け。 その繰り返しだった・・・。

ふた月は当たり前だが６０日。 前半のひと月は痛みで動けなかった。 後半のひと月はおそるおそる患部を動かす毎日。

苦しさを忍耐するにも限界があっただろうに。 気にはなっても今まではゆっくり話を聞くどころではなかった。 その時のことを笑い話にして、コーヒーでも一緒に飲もうか。

亀の歩みは遅いけど、確実に前へ進む。 でも思っているほど遅くはない。　予想外に早い。

On a rainy Sunday, I'd bigin to run an iron. In the such chilly morning, I've heard the sound like rustling from the heater and it's ready to stop. The moistness is really good to my skin condition. Since the dropping in atmospheric pressure, I could sleep well last night. Thus when I woke up, I felt refreshed. I can be on the loose sometimes on a rainy Sunday.

All right, I'd start to proceed to the Picasa that I've just begun to learn today. I suppose today is a good day for reading in peace that is a book I am reading. Or how about transcription some expressions on a white notebook?

It seems to become busy Sunday though it's raining.

こんな雨の降る日曜日には、アイロンでもかけてみようか。
少し肌寒く、暖房のシュルシュルという音が今にも止まりそうだ。
湿り気が肌にちょうどいい。　
気圧が低かったせいか昨夜はしっかり眠れた。
目覚めがいつもよりすっきり、たまには雨の日曜もいいものだ。

やり始めたPicasaに今日は一日向かおう。
読みかけの本もこんな日は落ち着いて読めそうだ。
白いノートに慣用句を書き写そうか。

雨の日曜日は結構忙しい一日になりそうだ。

It shouldn't be called cooking, but I take this UDON, noodles served hot in a pot frequently. The most important material is UDON itself, I think. Definitely I take this company's SANUKI UDON which is frozen once in every week.

Well, I am not hung up with the brand or so on, but I like this amout which is suited on me. The ingredients which I choose every time is always depended on the fridge in which what materials are. Seaweed, breast meat of a chicken, rice cake, fish sausage, spinach, salted and sweetened beef, fried tofu, mushroom, long white leek, egg and surly shopped green onion as a spice...etc. I don't need nothing special. The only I love is eating. Just eating eventhough it's too burny.

The noodles become so delicious that the soup soaked into each noodles. It's a shame to tell the truth but I couldn't stop eating till it will be empty. I am satissfied with just one onigiri, a rice ball. If there're more such as a monkey dish or some boiled in soy sauce, I have no word but probably say thank you. Oh, there's one thing definitelly I need is SICHIMI which contains seven defferent seasonings including chili peppers.

こんなのは料理の内に入らないけど、鍋焼きうどんが頻繁に登場します。　大切なのがうどん。　３袋入ったここの冷凍讃岐うどんをひとつ、毎週購入しています。　特別にこだわりはないのですが、この量がちょうどよいからです。　

うどんに添える具材はその時の冷蔵庫と相談です。　わかめやササミ、餅やかまぼこ、ほうれん草やタマネギ、牛肉の甘辛煮と油揚げ、キノコに長ネギ、落とし卵に薬味のネギ・・・など。　特別なものは何もないのですが、グツグツ・アツアツをふぅ～ふぅ～して、時にはやけどしたりして、とにかく一生懸命食べます。　ツルツルの喉ごしがたまりません。　うどんに出汁の味が染みて（浸みて）、小さく切れたうどんまで探して食べきります。　

おにぎりがひとつあればそれで充分。　小鉢やおいしい佃煮があれば何も言うことなし。　七味はたっぷりかけます。

SAKURA

Closed the book I am reading, and start something else. Then sometimes I comport myself exactly the same as if the main character possessed me to do so. In case the character has a face as long as a fiddle, then I am easy to fell into a melancholy mood till I will finish it to read. If the book was a serious one, I become too fussy while I have that in my hand. It seems that I am easy affected by surroundings.

I've heard some news about what SAKURA from here and there. To be honest, I usually stay in a house that I am indifferent toward HANAMI, cherry-blossom viewing. On the weblogsite as well as on TV, I'd be very pleased to see and hear about the tidings of spring. I think the least I can do is take this pic by which was taken an acquaintance of mine to put on here. He sent me a beautiful cherry blossoms photo into a calender. I am impressed him so much who used to be a professional cameraman that he could describe by the photo to pursue beauty's self.

After began the weblog, a camera has become a must item. My skill of taking pics is absolutely not in reality. But I think the sensibility has been searching little by little. Though I don't have any artistic abilities, still I hold admiration for the photographer like him.

桜

読みかけの本を途中で閉じ、何か他のことを始める。 すると主人公が乗り移ったかのように行動する時がある。 その主人公が私にとって憂うつな人物であれば、読み終えるまでその憂うつが続く。 固い読み物であれば、その本を手にしている間中、全ての言動が理論で固められる。 私という人間は影響を受けやすいらしい。

満開の桜を伝えるニュースがあちらこちらから届く。 私自身は余り出掛けないから花見には無頓着なのだが、ブログでもテレビでも、春の便りを見聞きするのは嬉しい。 知人が撮った満開の桜、せめてこれでもブログに載せようとカメラを向けた。 彼はカレンダーにして送ってくれた。 さすが元カメラマン、美のツボを押さえて、安定した画角だ。

ブログを始めてカメラは必需品になったが、腕は一向に上がらない。 が、見極める感性は次第に磨かれているように思う。 芸術性のかけらもないけれど、ないものねだりのあこがれだけは人一倍強いのだ。

ほんの少しだけこの春からメイクを変えてみた。　眉を少し太く直線に描く。　誰も気がつかないほどなのに毎朝鏡に向かう時が嬉しい。

春がもたらす何かの変化、ちょっとした気分転換ならいくらでもできる。　今日はアスパラガスを買った。　ハムのマリネに添えて、さっぱりフレンチドレッシングで食べた。　春だ、春だ。　軽い一皿を平らげると、決まって眠けが襲ってくる。　さっき食べたアスパラはタイからの輸入品。

昨日から寝かしていたケーキのラップを外して、一切れ、二切れ、お茶にした。　やっぱりレモンピールをたっぷり入れたのは正解だと思った。　爽やかなレモンの香りが口元に残る。　中までしっとりしている。　遠くにシナモンの香りがする。　もう１ｇ増やしてもいいかも･･･こうして今日も暮れていく。　気が付けば３月の最後の週末になった。

As every season has it's own seasonal period, our lives also have at least once or twice times to shine. Even if that was only a flash, I'd prefer to lead a life for being grateful. The moment when we feel hard is that we will not be able to have our own ways and lost where we are now. Saying that I don't care about any body who comes and goes is not true at all. But in an another way to say that I will not have had with them in every minute through my life. Therefore I have to take a long, hard look at my life. In case we could find out the length of life, we could appreciate every day. Not only once in a life, but once in a year or once in a day the seasonal period has revolved.

Well, the good news reached me this morning which was that my friend Morgane welcomed new life into world. I do hope that the babygirl will have lots lots of seasonal period in her life.

While I wrote a reply mail, and am writing this web's article, the cake for springlike just comes from the oven. I put in a cake a lot of lemon peels more than usual which was baked by a kouglof cake tin. It should have a fresh'n sweet flavor and once bite it, the cool flavor will spread in a mouth. You should wrap the cake as soon as from the oven softly, then wait till it become cool. The seasonal period will be ready to come to the cake when the steam clouding disappears from the cellophane wrap.

季節に旬があるように、人の一生にも一度くらい輝く旬の時があるのではないだろうか。 例え一瞬であってもそんな時期があれば、よかったと思えるよう暮らしたい。 苦しいのは今自分が一生の内の何時を歩いているかを見失った時だ。 そばを行き交う人が気にならないと言ったら嘘になる。 しかし一生その人と過ごすわけではないから、やはり自分の人生は自分で背負っていくしかない。 自分の寿命がわかれば、もっともっと日々を大切にできるのだろうが。 一生に一度でなくても、一年の内で、もしか今日一日の内にも旬な時は巡ってくる。

新しい命の誕生の知らせが届いた。 彼女の一生に数多くの旬な時がありますように。

返信メールを書いて、ブログを書いている間に、春のケーキが焼き上がった。 クグロフ型で焼いたフルーツケーキにはいつもよりレモンピールをたくさん入れた。 爽やかな甘さが口の中に広がるはずだ。 焼き立てはこうしてラップにふんわり包んで、冷めるのを待つ。 水蒸気の曇りがなくなった頃、ケーキも旬の食べ時を迎える。

Dishes of my favorite is of course 'Curry and Rice', if you asked me. The curry powder is one of the most important ingredients to season with curry. Usually I use this brand powder. And, the Indian spice mixture'Garam Masala' and bay leaves are vital to make the curry.

I made it yesterday. I took very convenient way to make and it took only 15minutes to complete. I'm not sure but maybe at The Curry Laboratoly which is a restaurant at the second floor of the Tokyo Tower you can have the same one. The recipe only needs a frying pan. Very unique but the taste is so beautiful.

I forgot inexplicably that my friend had asked me to go to the Indian restaurant today. Thus I went to there and had a curry and rice consequently. I picked up him at the center of the city then went to the restaurant near the station. The restaurant was an Indian but the owner was Nepalese. I couldn't stop a little chuckle. The taste was worth the price of the meal, I suppose. The lunch set menu is reasonable that costs 700yen including curry and nan( or rice) and if you needed vivarages you have to pay an extra 100yen. See, not too expensive but worth to go.

好物は何かと問われれば子供の頃からカレーライスだ。カレーパウダーは欠かせない。　大概はこの会社のものを使うがこだわりはない。　もちろんガラム・マサラやローリエは絶対不可欠だ。

昨日カレーを作った。　私のカレー作りはたったの１５分で完結する。　東京タワー２階の『カレー・ラボ』と同じ味だ。　作り方を聞いたから確かだ。　必要なのはフライパン。　ちょっと変わった作り方だが味は申し分なし！

うっかり今日友人からインド料理を食べに行こうと誘われていたのを忘れていた。　今日もカレーを食べることとなった。　好物だから構わないのだが・・・。　街中心部で彼を車に乗せ、裏駅を東に少し走ってそのレストランへと向かった。　インド料理店なのにオーナーはネパール人だった。　はっ？　クスッと笑ってしまった。　値段には十分見合った味だと思う。　ランチメニューは選べるカレーとナンで７００円、別に１００円足せば飲み物が頼める。　行くだけの価値あり。

余談だが帰る時に回りを見渡したら、英語が飛び交っていた。　日本人は私たちを含めて数人、残りは・・・！　ここは日本かと思って、店を後にした。

After close your eyes, then you'll seem as if you are in the exuberant garden where the flowers are blooming and the butterflies are dancing. In silence, the sound of the piano waft out from somewhere else. The melody sounds like a bulbul, 'a nightingale', and it expresses some are traping. It could become a foggy garden where a dragonfly is flying. Then you are asked out to a dream world by the notes, ; the esctatic world. The couple birds tend to snuggle up to each other when the evening comes. The sky is covered with the bright colored clouds, and is a sunset.

庭に聴くピアノ

目を閉じると、花が咲きチョウが舞い、緑生い茂る庭にいるようだ。　静かに静かに、どこからともなく流れるピアノの旋律。　音色はナイチンゲールのように歌い、あてどない散策をしている様子を表し、霧が立ちこめた庭にもなり、トンボが飛び、音符に誘われて空想の世界に酔いしれ、ひとつがいの鳥が寄り添って迎える夕方、夕焼けが真っ赤に空を染めている。。。

旋律に身を委ね目を閉じれば、まるで木々に囲まれた庭に一人たたずんでいるよう。　高く低く、強く弱く、次第にその音に引き込まれていく。

タイでよく聞いたCDをiTuneに取り込み、エンドレスで聞いている。　外は少し雲って夕方には雨になりそうだが、心は愉快だ。

まだ寒いけれど、少し明るめのディスプレイで窓際を飾った。　こうして動いていると、体の中からフツフツとマグマが湧き上がるようだ。　少しだけ自分の気持ちを動かすのはそう難しいことじゃない。

そうそう、我が家の庭にも
下を向いてうつむく花達がいたことを。
早速写真に撮りました。
みもさん、下を向く花は一層健気で愛おしいですね。

庭の片隅に植えているひいらぎ南天はいつの間にか大きく育ちました。
春を迎え黄色い花をいっぱい咲かせていました。
みもさんのブログを読むまで、ちっとも気が付きませんでした。
魔よけに植えたひいらぎ南天はこの時ばかりはトゲのある葉が優しそうです。

春を迎えてもクリスマス・ローズはずっと咲き続けています。
なんにも手入れをしていないのに、
こちらもどんどん大きく育ち、嬉しがらせてくれます。

ほら、こんなにいっぱい花をつけているんですよ。
真っ白い花が冬の間は寒々と見えていたのに、
少し暖かくなってきた今は爽やかな緑に映えて、
清純な乙女のようです。

ひと月留守の間もどうやら咲き続けてくれたよう。
裏の片隅に植えているのですが、
時々は気になって見に行きます。
この子が家へやって来た時を思い出し、
同じ花を同じ時に庭に植えた友人を思います。

花ひとつ、たった一輪の花を愛でる心を持つだけで、そのパワーをいただくようです。
部屋に飾れば重い空気がふっと消え、優しい心が芽生えます。
懸命に咲いた命を飾るわけですから、美しいとしか例えようがありません。

今朝少しぱらついた雨が
ひと粒チューリップの葉に残っています。
寂しいお別れをしてきました。
－－－人の命は露のように消え去り、
－－－風の前の灯火のようにはかないもの
確かにそうだといくつもの頭がうなずいていました。
最後尾にわざと回り、最後の最後にお別れをしました。
重い雲が立ち込めて、涙雨が落ちてきて、
風も冷たく、旅立った故人の心が表れているようでした。
凍えながら帰る道すがら、消化しきれない気持ちでいっぱいでした。

不思議です。
今頃になって、すっきり青空が覗いてきました。
苦しみが消えて空に登って逝かれたからでしょうか。
下向きに咲いた花達をおじぎをしながら写真に収めました。
何も語らない、ただひたむきだった故人を思い出します。
花達のように、それはそれで、やはり人の心に残る方でした。

The weather forcast of yesterday said it should be rain today. So surprised that these days the weather predictions are not a forcast but telling the truth, I think. I've heard an aquaintance of mine passed away yesterday and his wake is cheduled this evening, and the funeral service will be the following day. I will attend a funeral service on Monday morning. Passing away someone makes me feel somewhat disconsolate. He was not so close to me but I had been taken into care by him for the past two years.

I'm in a mood to have French toast this morning for a change. I used the white loaf of bread which I baked yesterday. Sliced and steeped in two beated egg with bit of sugar and milk. And added a few dropps of vanilla essence. It is good accompaniment to French toast. : maple syrup. I feel warm with that taste and flavor.

雨の降りしきる日曜日

昨日の天気予報では今日は雨だと伝えていた。 その通り、今朝から雨が降り続いている。　昨今の天気予報はすでに予報ではない。　まるで未来から真実を伝えるかのごとく正確だ。 友人のひとりが亡くなったと聞いた。 明日夕方通夜、明後日の午前、葬式だ。 人が亡くなると淋しい。 特に雨のこんな日は。。。　あまり親しい間柄ではなかったが、この２年ほどは世話になっていた。

久し振りにフレンチトーストを食べたくなった。 昨日焼いた食パンを使った。 スライスし、溶きほぐした卵液に砂糖と牛乳を加え、浸けた。 さらにバニラエッセンスを数滴。 フレンチトーストにはメープルシロップがよく合う。 そのやさしい味と香りにほっとする。

Just now is the last time of what you've spent. That is nothing special. Can a duck swim? However none can cut off the lapse of time, and it seems as if it goes on forever. as same as it seems that who knows tomorrow. Once you've known the longevity, you can hold a respect in the life, can't you? The answer is not really. After all there's no way that we have a consciousness of time, is not eternal though we expecte it to be a permanent fixture. I sometimes have recaptured, but not always and I don't want to be back.

It was time when I went to the heart of the city few days ago. There's a copper plate infront of a central office of Andersen which is a bakely. The building, which used to be standing in the offing from the zero point, was rebuilt and now it has went on as a bakely after the world war second. The mark which describes the past is also the future's mark. The memory seems like the water that you touch is the last of what has passed. Only follow after the water. The truth is the river flows down into the sea now and then.

今という時間は今しかない。　当たり前のことだ。　しかし時の流れを分断することは不可能で、いつまでも続くようでもあり、明日をも知れないようでもある。 限りを知れば今を大切に生きていくことができるかといえば、それがそうでもない。　結局のところ無限ではないという事実を自覚するしかない。　過ぎた日のことを思い出すことはあるが、その時に戻りたいとは思わない。

数日前繁華街へ出掛けた時のことである。　目に止まった過去を記す銅板。　ここはアンデルセン本店がある場所だ。 爆心地からそう遠くないこの地に建っていたビルが補修され、戦後はベーカリーとして運営されている。 過去を記すものは未来への指標となる。 あの一瞬はまるで流れゆく最後の水のよう、ただ後ろ姿を追いかける。 確かなのはあの時も今も川は流れているという事実。

ウイスキーが、お好きでしょ？
もう少し、喋りましょ。
ありふれた、話でしょ、
それでいいの、今は・・・

朝からずっとここのところのメロディーが耳について離れない。　特に「ウイスキーーが・・・」と声を張って歌うところが、何度も頭の中をリフレイン。　ウイスキーなど久しくなめてもいないのに、その歌の持つ雰囲気とあのＴＶＣＭがピタッとくるのだ。　本来CMとは１５秒から３０秒、時に６０秒の中にエッセンスを閉じこめたものだ。　視聴者の記憶に長く留まり、販売促進にも貢献しなければならない。　一本の映画を作るより難しいかも知れない。

近頃気になるCMがもう一本。　犬がお父さん役をしているホワイトプランのCMだ。　ケイタイに興味はないが、次々登場するあのCMの続編が気になる。　犬の声が北大路欣也と知って、驚いた。　できればその種明かしだけは聞きたくなかった。

CMはいつの時代でもその時々を繁栄している。　日本ほどタレントを流用したCMを垂れ流している国は少ないと思う。　商品に付加価値を付けたいのか、それとも消費者に手っ取り早く印象づけたいのか、トレンディーなタレントを重複して使っている。　時には外タレなども登場しているのだから、映画以上だ。

広告の形もすっかり様変わりし、インターネットを無視できない時代となった。　ケイタイへネット配信、地デジの普及と共に双方向の化け物となった。　放送局の持っている巨大コンテンツを編集してネット配信すれば、わざわざ予算を取らなくてもそれなりの動画となる。　アクセス数が１０万を超えれば、CM契約は自ずと取れる。　今後モニターへ出現するCMはどのように様変わりしていくのだろう。

しかしやはり今日の私の頭の中には、ウイスキーが、お好きでしょ？のメロディーが繰り返す。　間違いなく「ウイスキーはサント○ー」と洗脳されてしまうだろう。

Well, the warmer it's getting, the more my pleasure of making things by hand is soaring. Since today is a national holiday ; Spring Equinox Day, I feel the town is somewhat quiet. Though a windy day it is, but inside of a house there's a springlike atomosphere. I checked how many eggs in the fridge, then I started to made those madeleines. Added some dried currents shopped and chokolate-chips at last, then put them into the oven. Waite till they became brown for 12 minutes. Here ! Keeping in a small plastic bag each, then what shall I do next?

さぁ～てっと・・・、今日は、マドレーヌを焼いた。
暖かくなってくれば、手作りの楽しの気持ちがムラムラと湧き上がる。
春分の日の休日だけあって、町は何となく静かなよう。
風の強い日だけれど、家の中は春のようにぽかぽか。
冷蔵庫にいくつ卵があるか確かめて、それからそれからマドレーヌ作りを始めた。
最後に刻んだ干しぶどうとチョコチップを適当に入れて、オーブンで待つこと１２分！
できあがり！
ひとつずつを小さな透明の袋に入れて、満足満足。。。
じゃ、次は何しようかな･･･思案中。

While walking on the way through the underground, I found this fantastic bag. It's a brand-new one. The shop's name is 'cheer.' Isn't that cute? In answer to the call from the bag, I came close to it. Handed, opened, turned and decided to buy. I like this material and the design, and the color. I don't think it was an impulse buyer.

After that, I watched on TV, there's a member's hotel in Odaiba which will be opened this spring. : for menbers only. To be a member of the hotel, you have to pay at least 7 million yen. Paying such extravagant money, then satisfaction will be come. I wonder maybe the person who is a member of this hotel can't experience satiety. He/she wants to find more diamonds.

A souce of happiness is probably equal to us. Though I can't be a member of that hotel but I feel happy today. Beside I am very satisfied to get the bag today. But people who want to buy a pricey bag can't be satisfied forever. They tend to want more and more.

地下街を通り抜けている時に、このおもしろいバッグを見つけた。　店に来たばかりのバッグだ。　店の名前は『チアー』。　それもおもしろい。　バッグが呼んでいるようだった。　自然と足が向いた。　手に取り、中を開け、ぐるっと回して･･･そして買うことに決めた。　素材感とデザイン性と色が何より惹きつけた。　衝動買いではない。　前から軽量で荷物が入り、しかも何も入れない時は平らになるバッグを探していた。

その後・・・、ＢＳで会員制のホテルがこの春お台場に登場するとと伝えていた。　凱旋門を思わせる超高級なホテルは全てスィート。　地上１００メートルの高さにはプールがあり、まるで空中に浮かんでいるようだった。　メンバーとその家族友人だけのホテルだ。　メンバーフィーは７００万～３．０００万だ。　メンバーであるという優越感を獲得するための費用だ。　しかし思うに、例えメンバーになったとしても、こうした人々はさらなる物を求めて、何ものにも満足することはないのではなかろうか。

幸福の満足感はたぶん誰も同じだ。　そんなホテルのメンバーには到底なれないが、私は今日幸せに満ちている。　新しいバッグを手に入れてとても満足している。　彼らはさらに欲望の花を開かせ、幸せを噛みしめることはないのだろう。　幸せの大きさは自分の身の丈ほどでちょうどよい。

What I am itching to make is scone. When spring has come, no idea but scone has suddenly come to my mind. Then I baked yesterday. This one is very simple to make. You only need butter, flour, some sugar,baking powder and honey. That's all ingredients. Put in the oven and waite for twenty minutes, here comes hot biscuits ! Would you like one? Try some,please.
