A friend mine went to well-knowned 'The New Zealand Village', a recreation park. She bought this sweet jelly of beans and a tiny binned jam as a souvenir. But she added, " This jelly tasts awful, so bad. It is somehow funny to say before passing you, but I knew it is a tasteless jelly."

The more she repeated the words, the more I felt she was a good person. I had a slice of Jelly and a spoonful of jam into my mouth, and tasted. Suddenly the bell rang. Uuum, I make that by this...

At first I baked a base-cake, and prepared whipped cream and drunken syrup(added Cointreau). Then I spread out the petal shaped jelly over the cake surface which were cut out the cherry bloosom shape. A cake was cut three times and I spread over jam each slice thinly. Well well, the jelly cake is here.

I poured water at the entrance gate, then a truck stopped infront of me. I asked the delivery man, " Is it to here?" I had no idea who sent this percel but once I saw the delivery ticket I accepted completely. I took one of the oranges on my hand which was lumpy but the minute I peeled the orange and saw it's pretty-freshed, the bell rang again. Uuum, I try to make that with this...

Before making, I would try to have one. What I made is 'An Amanatsu-orange jelly.'
It took time to take off each section from the body, but I am satisfied with the result. Here comes a very cute jelly.

あれがこれになり、これがあれになった。

友人がニュージーランド村へ出掛けた。 羊羹とジャムをお土産に買ってきてくれた。 「まずいんよぉ～、まずいんよぉ～。　まずいゆうてあげちゃいけんけど、まずいんよぉ～。」 繰り返すその言葉がおかしくて、いい人だと思った。

竹の皮に包まれた柚子羊羹をひと切れ、プラムジャムをひと口、口に転がした。 ピーンと来た。 これであれを作ろう。。。

先ず土台のスポンジ生地を焼いて、ホイップクリームと酔っぱらいシロップ（コアントロー入り）を用意した。 桜の型で切り抜いた羊羹の花びらを散らした。 ジャムは３段にスライスした間へ薄くのばした。 羊羹ケーキの出来上がり。

水を朝撒いていたら、目の前で宅配便のトラックが止まった。 「家ですか？」 身に覚えのない配達物の主を見て、「はは～ん！」と納得。

ゴロゴロした皮からは似つかわしくない可憐な果肉を見て、またまたピーンと来た。 これであれを作ろう。。。 その前にひとつ試食をせねば・・・♪

できあがったのは、甘夏ゼリー。 房を外すのはひと苦労だったが、出来上がりはまずまずのキュートなゼリーちゃん。

屋根より高い鯉のぼりぃ～♪
そんな風景に出会った。
気持ちよさそうだなぁ。　
こんなに晴れ渡っている空を
泳いでいるのだから、気持ちいいに決まってる！
　
五月晴れには少し早い
４月末の青空に泳ぐ鯉のぼりを見つけた。

急に思い立って、最寄りの釣り場を散策に出掛けた。
最近頻繁に通っているこの店やあの店に立ち寄り、
それから向かうのだから、穴場はすでに釣り客でいっぱいだった。

見違えるほど整理された港界隈にやって来たのは、
再開発後初めてだった。
見るもの全て新しく、まるで観光客のような気分に浸る。
こちらの岸から向こうの岸まで行ってみたが、
何処も釣り人だらけだった。
バケツにはイカが入っていた。

港の景色には独特のものがある。
時折入港するフェリーから下りる人で、瞬間瞬間の賑わいを見せる。
一時の喧騒が去るとまた静かな空間となる。

以前から聞いていたインド料理を食べに、車を停めた。
宇品ターミナルビル２階の『Ganesh』
港に面した店奥の席に案内された。
ロールブラインドを開けると眼下にフェリーが止まっていた。
運ばれてきた少し甘めのナンをちぎりながら、
すっかり釣りに出掛けてきたことを忘れる。

人懐こいインド人が２人、忙しくキッチンで立ち働いていた。
熱々のチャイを目前で作ってくれた。
ナンの手を休めて、ひと口すする。
案の定、上あごをやけどしてしまったが、おいしい。
この店にはもう一度来てみたい。

ビルを出ると、市内電車が２～３台止まっていた。
見慣れた広電の市内電車が、
真新しい風景のように目に飛び込む。
船を降りて広島を観光するには、非常にアクセスがいい。
雨が降ってもスムーズに市内まで運んでくれそうだ。

その向こうには『みなと公園』が広がっていた。
春の遠足だろうか、小学生が公園の中で多勢遊んでいた。
半袖のシャツにサングラス、それでも夏の暑さが包む。
足下に咲いた花の黄色がまぶしい。
地元なのに外部からやってきたような錯覚を覚えた。

このまま家に帰ろうか、
腹膨るる後は釣りなどどうでもよくなった。。。が、
出掛けたついでに西の端の木材港まで突っ走る。
そこで初めの鯉のぼりに出会った。

牡蠣打ちは４月も末だというのに続いていた。
確か『Ｒ』の付く月は牡蠣を楽しめるはず。
でも貝毒はまだ大丈夫だろうか。
牡蠣打ち場独特の苦手なにおいが漂っていた。
積み重ねられた無数の牡蠣殻はこうしてまとめて、その後どうなるのだろうか。
カルシウムのサプリ？　動物の飼料？　
気になって仕方なかったが、辺りには誰もいない。
結局木材港では絶好の釣り場を見つけられなかった。
海に面したところには大手材木会社の建物があり、
敷地内には入れないからだ。
海は視線の中に入っているのに、側に寄れなかった。

こうして半日のドライブは市内の東の端から西の端に車を走らせて終わった。
ガソリンは１２５円、もちろん満タンにした。

Well, I have gotten this dish with green shoots from a friend. Thank goodness.

My weblog friend Mr.nmzk If I were permitted to say this, once he had this dish from Mr. Kazama whom I don't know exactly, I really envied. But here, I also know someone who is like him. Thakn goodness.

The bamboo shoot was so soft'n mild because it was fresh. Thus it was easy to have and surely delicious. I don't know why but maybe it is tough to digest, that I have usually suffered from eczema if I ate lots. Therefore I don't want to have it more but only three pieces.

I wonder to make seasoned steamed rice with this bamboo shoot boiled.

こんな英単語はない。　はてなんと訳したものか…。　
新芽を添えて友人から届いた。　ありがたい。

ブログ友達と勝手に言わせて頂くが、
nmzkさんの『風間くん』がうらやましいと思ったが、
私にも『風間くん』がいたのだった。　ありがたい。

だしのうま味が染み込んで、新鮮さと相まって柔らかく喉に滑り込む。
タケノコは消化が悪いのか、翌朝湿疹がポツポツ顔に出るから
３切れも食べれば箸が止まる。

残りはだし汁といっしょに筍ご飯を作ろうと思う。

Looked up the tree in the park. There was a tree which reflected the glittering morning sun. Today is very important to me as the thing which I have continued since two years ago came to an end. Stopped by the tree and stood for a while with a heart full of feeling. I wonder I will have never passed under the tree any more. I eager to come over there by walk for just today.

Turned my head to take a look but no one was there. Left a home earlier and walked my way forward one step at a tie,'couse it's the very last step. There was a brilliant sunshine casted a shadow on the sunday morning park. Like a man who unpacked, I felt suddenly little better, refleshed. I walk with a light step, but I have had nevertheless the same life as ever.

I planted some sunflowers in the pot, then there seemed the summer has already started instantly. The wind is still cool and I need the heater turned on every mornig and night. But when I take a glance at the garden, there are sunflowers in all glory. That would be wonderful to me.

When I went shopping at the market near my home which I have done every once in a week, I found this. Don't you think the package itself is so cool? The bean curd refused cooking which is an instant is in the special gift wrapping paper. I don't forcus on the content of it but the package instruction which really sparked my interest. I got the company's stance of humiluty toward customers through the package. Beside, this amount is suit on me.

Imagine fishing with a lure, please. Even a squid, it can fish with. The second pics are so-called a hard lure. To put a fake bait and outwit each other. Sounds interesting, doesn't it.

インターネットの店舗から釣り道具（エギとルアー）が届いた。　手にするや否や、あまりの美しさにびっくり！　きれいだ。

ルアー釣りってわかるかなぁ。　これでイカも釣れる。　２枚目の写真は一般にハードルアーと呼ばれている代物。　疑似餌をつけて、だまし合いをする。　ウフフのフで楽しそうだ。

There're two fishing goods stores near my home. I went to both stores back and forth, then finally ordered the reel on the net. After all, buying on the net is cheaper than the real shops. Recently we become increasingly more interested in the bait seems to be authentic. It is called a season of discoutent for fish. 釣り道具

近所に釣り具屋が２カ所ある。　両方へ行ったり来たりして、結局ネットでリールを注文。　やはりインターネットのショップの方が安いのだ。　近頃は餌無しの釣りが流行っている。海の魚も受難時代だ。　うっかり釣り針に引っ掛かっても、人生最後のごちそうにはありつけない。　疑似餌にだまされないよう、さかなくんご用心したまえ、なのだ。

一口に疑似餌といっても、一度釣具屋に足を運んでもらいたいほど、それはそれは見事な芸術品なのだ。　ところがよーく商品を眺めていたら、こんな事が書いてあった。　－－－スレたメバルに効果バツグン！－－－　さかなくん、スレてるの？　

人と人もだまし合うが、さかなくんと人間もだましだまされ・・・辛いね。


余談ですが・・・『およげたい焼きくん』の歌を昨夜聞きました。　結構、いえとても辛辣な歌でした。　たい焼きくんの最後は悲劇でした。　毎日毎日鉄板で焼かれているたい焼きくんが人生何とかしようと海に飛び込んだのに、結局はおじさんに釣られて食べられてしまう歌でした。　たい焼きくんやっぱり食べられる運命だったのでしょうか。　たい焼きくんは鯛にはなれませんでした。　たい焼きが食べたくなってきました。。。

I felt a sudden temptation to bite cinnamon cookies. I don't care what kind of cookies but taste of cinnamon. Only I eager to do is having a cinnamon cookie with a big bite.

I used this opportunity to start kneading a dough.

I put work harder into making cookies for just a piece of cookie, and finally I could get it.

It seems that we will get rain today.　I hate to go out with an open umbrella.　Well, I would rather bite a cookie and distribute energy throughout the body instead of finding it a great borther to do.

突然に･･･

急にシナモンの香り高いクッキーを食べたくなった。　なんでもいい。　シナモンクッキーをかぶっといきたいのだった。

どうせならとパンも仕込む。

たった一かけのクッキーの為に、シナモンクッキー作り以上の労力を使い、やっとありつけた。

どうやら今日は雨模様、傘を持っての移動は億劫だ。 ひとつ朝からクッキーでもかじって、朝の元気エネルギーを注入しよう。

A judgement was given, but.....

I heard few helicopters flew over and were circling the city. Because as you knew the ruling was given this morning. All networks were broadcasting that decision by relay, hence how much that is a live issue for all of us.

Still now I haven't understood how it works the system of the citizen judge. What apocalypse this judgment gave us, just a typical rank and filer. As long as there's a condemnation to death which is the only capital punishment in Japan,we will have to advert to it someday. But we're no longer victims, and even more we do lack expertise, what on earh how can we advert to.

Being concerning about that and at the same time I was thinking about the party, Only what I did was just watching TV and confirmed a report. Well, this is very disgusting news but I try to say today. Today I heard two reports which show us Japan has already become none safety and none social security country. On the same day one is a self-defence official killed a taxi driver, and the other is a national insurance agent had his fingers in the till which belongs to the insurance.: a billion yen.

判決は降りたが・・・

今日は朝から上空をヘリが旋回していた。 あの判決の朝だからだった。 各局が中継し、関心の高さを示していた。

来年から始まる訳がわからない裁判員制度。 一般人である私たちにこの裁判が啓示してくれたものは何だろうか。 日本に極刑である死刑が存在する限り、被害者でもなくまして専門知識もない一個人がそれを言及することができるのだろうか。

そんなことを考えながら、また一方では当事者の気持ちを察し、ただ報道を一方的に受けていた。 同じ日に自衛官がタクシー運転手を殺し、国保職員が１０億もの保険を着服した。 国民の安全と社会保障のない国になってしまったと思う。

道ばたに咲くたんぽぽの花。　夏を思わせる陽ざしを浴びて、花は何もかも天真爛漫に咲き誇っている。　重い心を少し預ける。

A hot towel

I have put a hot towel on my face for a while in the morning and evening time. It takes only 5 minutes or sometimes just a couple minutes. The steam seep into the skin gently. I take a deep breath under the hot towel. I inhale the steam, hence my throat becomes in condition. Take off the lukewarm towel, then the newborn skin like that appears under it. Next, I put on some lotion as quick as a flash.

Pouring water

I can't stop watering under the warm morning weather. I can't. Just pouring water. that makes me feel great. I make adjustments to a nosepiece and pour water over the plants like a waterring pot. I water on the stone along the joint. The blocks turn to be deep color just after the shower. But in mean time it will be dried again because of the sunshine.

Isn't it still spring? I found today the early summer weather while doing in the gardening. Look at the tomato plants, there's a flower coming out. The lily bell is nowborn. And the Chinese pepper leaves are glowing in the sun.

蒸しタオル

朝と夜、顔を洗った時、熱々の蒸しタオルを作ってしばらく顔と首に当てる。 ほんの５分、時にはたったの２～３分。 湯気がふわぁ～っと皮膚の深部まで伝わる。 タオルの下で深呼吸をする。 蒸気をゆっくり吸い込むと喉も気持ちいい。 ぬるくなったタオルを外すと、生まれたてのようなピカピカの顔が現れる。 そして間髪入れずに化粧水をピタピタと両手でたたき込む。

水撒き

今日のようにあたたかい朝はどうしたって水撒きをしないわけにはいかない。 ただシャーシャーと水を撒く。 それだけで気持ちがいい。 ノズルを調整して鉢物にはジョウロのように水を撒く。 敷石は目地に沿って水を撒く。 乾いたブロックが瞬時に濃い色に変わり、しばらくするとそこに太陽が当たり、また乾く。

春なのか？ 今日私は初夏を見つけた。 トマトの苗に花がついていた。 スズランは生まれたばかり。 山椒の葉は陽を浴びて、日に日に背丈を伸ばしている。

About the temparature of boiling and freezing water

別に科学の話をしたいわけじゃないが、氷の融点（液点）は０℃らしい。　氷が液化するときの温度が融点だ。　水を主に考えればそれが凝固点でもある。　同じように水が沸騰する温度が沸点で、１００℃である。　しかしこれは環境に左右され、また化合物（塩など）によっても、かなり違う。　１気圧の状況下で氷を溶かして水を沸騰させるのと、富士山の山頂でするのとでは違う。　また水に混合物を混ぜても同様の変化が見られる。

しかし、人間が一旦沸点に達すると、なかなか液化はしない。　オリンピックトーチだけが各国の調和の象徴のように世界を回っているが、まるで亀裂を入れて巡回しているように見える。　見せかけの調和が余りにもあからさまなので、ただ驚いてその様を眺めている。　真実はいつも弱者の側に存在する。

My next-door neighbor plucked flowers in the fields and passed me. The flowers wrapped in newspaper casualy. I like those flowers of the field.

Does the ears have formed in this the season ? Have no idea, then asked to her. She replied that the ears are for flower arrangement. I feel nostalgic for cornflowers. My mother had always raised flowers. The cornflowers were one of them. Now I see the picture in my head of the flowerbed.

I put them in a long-waisted vase immediately.

生け花用らしい。

矢車草にはなつかしさが宿る。　
母はいつも花を植えていた。　
矢車草も母の愛した花だった。　
あの花壇は今どうなっているのだろう。　

胴長の花瓶に早速活けた。

南国情緒いっぱいです。
パタヤー中のマンホールがこれです。
ビーチロードや第２ビーチロードにもこのマンホールが使われています。
舗道がでこぼこしているから下を見て歩かないとつまずきます。
だからどうしてもマンホールに目が止まって、いつかはTBしたいと思っていました。

パトンのビーチ沿いは終日観光客で大にぎわい。
レストランとみやげ物屋がズラ～っと並んでいます。
パトンビーチの夕日が世界で一番美しいと言われています。
波と遊び疲れたら喉をうるおす冷たいものを片手に、
真っ赤に沈む夕日を眺めてみませんか。

I have a stiff back and neck only the right. I have my limits that I couldn't press my head down onto my left shoulder. It is not something new but I feel paiful most especially in the morning. I don't ring a familiar bell because I haven't done any heavy lifting at all. On accout of insufficient exercise or too much PC-work that I suppose. Anyway I coundn't bent down or round the neck well. If I tried to round the neck, I hear the sound comes from the cervical spines that grind together. It's time for me enough to be fartiguing but I find distasteful about this feeling.

I was up against a wall, then I tried to use this cream which has displayed its greatest force. I wonder it has an immediate effect so that it's worth to import to Japan from Thai. Just use this kiwi-colored one like a tiger balm cream. After a short time, the trickle-down effect will happen soon. The negative point of this product is this kiwi color adheres tenaciously to the clothes.

肩こりこり

右側の肩から首筋にかけて硬い。　頭を左に倒すと限界がある。　昨日今日に始まったことではないが、寝て起きたときが一番痛い。　力仕事など皆無だから思い当たるふしがない。　日頃の運動不足による血行不良かパソコンのし過ぎか、とにかくクビがよく回らない。　グビを回すと頸椎のこすれる音が「ジャッジャッ」と、頭に響く。　そろそろガタが来てもおかしくないが、何とも不快だ。

窮地に陥りふと使ったこのクリーム、驚くべき威力を発揮する。　日本にも輸入すればいいと思うのだが、覿面に効く。　キゥイ色のクリームをタイガーバームのようにすり込めば、しばらくするとジワジワと皮膚から浸透する。　難点はこのクリームの色が衣服に付着することだ。
